Opening on July 3 in the Documents Gallery, Fredericksburg Rx looks at the many drugstores that were operating in downtown Fredericksburg during the first half of the twentieth century. Featuring many never before seen objects and images from the museum's collection, here visitors will learn about the kinds of medicines people took, how these medicines were made, and the rold of the pharmacist in keeping a well stocked store. Fredericksburg Rx will remain on public view through December 31. |
